Our complementary Personal Shopper service provides sales assistance and guidance on Unique Urban Rocks merchandise. Our Personal Shopper services include expert style advice based on your preferences, locating your size/color, placing pre-orders, selecting gifts, and other assistance.

Purchasing Online

NO CASH REFUNDS -  EXCHANGE ONLY WITHIN TWO (2) WEEKS

Pending product availability, purchases may be made either directly through shopuniqueurbanrocks.com or with the assistance of our online Personal Shopper service. Online purchases may be made by any client for delivery to an address within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses that are not available through Federal Express.

Product Availability

Unique Urban Rocks products available for purchase online include jewelry, accessories, and gifts. All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. All orders are subject to order and address verification and credit approval. Once your entire order is submitted, you will receive and order confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation, the order may not be processed.

Pricing

Prices displayed on the Unique Urban Rocks website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we use reasonable efforts to provide accurate prices on our website, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Title to products you order on this website and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.

Unique Urban Rocks accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

The transaction amount will be charged to your credit card immediately upon completing a successful online order. You will receive an order confirmation email with your intended ship date for your merchandise within 24 hours of placing order.

Sales Tax

Unique Urban Rocks charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions based on shipping address and as required by applicable laws.

Shipping Online Orders

All online purchases are shipped via Federal Express with signature required. For security reasons, all Unique Urban Rocks online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses that are not available through Federal Express.

Delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow 5 to 7 business days to process your order for shipment in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Unique Urban Rocks is not responsible for unanticipated delays, however we will communicate any delays as soon as we become aware and you may cancel your order if that does not work for you.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently available only on orders made with our Personal Shopper service. For international purchasing and delivery options, please contact our online Personal Shopper Service for assistance.

Gift Wrapping

We provide gift-wrapping on orders placed online or with our Personal Shopper, indicated as “gift” at purchase for $5 per item. Items are elegantly boxed and packaged in signature Unique Urban Rocks.

United States Postal Service or FedEx

Standard: $9.99 (Pricing may vary)

Overnight: $25

Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly exchange for another style or issue a merchandise credit for your return of unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached, within 7 business days from the date delivered. Please contact our Personal Shopper via email within 72 hours of receiving merchandise to initiate return process.

All returned merchandise should include the original receipt, packaging, tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received.

Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

NO CASH REFUNDS - MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE ONLY WITHIN TWO (2) WEEKS

All repairs are subject to fees.

Most repairs will be shipped out within 7-14 days upon receipt and fees may apply based on determination upon review. 

Bracelets that are dropped can not be replaced. 

A prepaid self addressed envelope postage must accompany the merchandise and shipped through an insured methods such as UPS, Federal Express or USPS and is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Final Sale Items

All items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless approved by management.

All reduced priced/sale items are non-refundable.

All custom designed products are non-refundable.

Return by Mail

Please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment), then enclose the return form with the item(s). You may use the shipping carrier of your preference, which is at your own expense. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via Fedex or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Unique Urban Rocks will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to return. All returns will be issued a merchandise credit for the original sales amount, unless otherwise specified. Any requested exchange item(s), if available, will be sent to you via Fedex ground at no additional cost. Any new orders are subject to Unique Urban Rocks having available merchandise on-hand. 

Please allow 10-12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Additional fees may apply for returns and/or exchanges of merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.

Changes/Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to us through our Unique Urban Rocks Online Shop Assistance or online through our Personal Shopper Service. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.

However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it. If you would like to purchase a different product, please visit our website or contact the Unique Urban Rocks online Personal Shopper service.
